Kine Hellebust
Kine Hellebust (born 15 December 1954 in Harstad) is a Norwegian singer, actress, children's writer, non-fiction writer and playwright. Hellebust was assigned with the Hålogaland Teater from 1976 to 1977, and again from 1984 to 1987. From 1978 to 1984 she was member of the performance group Tramteatret, where she participated in four television series, five plays and six music albums. She was a co-founder of ''Dameteater & søn'' in 1989. She has written the children's books ''Ho Anne og den forsvunne nøkkelen'' (1998) and ''Ho Kirsti og eg'' (2005). Among her plays is ''Kjære Bambino'' (staged in 2009). From 2001 to 2009 she was a member of the Norwegian Broadcasting Council. Harstad
( se, Hárstták) is the second-most populated municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. It is mostly located on the large island of Hinnøya. The municipal center is the Harstad (town), town of Harstad, the most populous town in Central Hålogaland, and the third-largest in all of Northern Norway. The town was incorporated in 1904. Hålogaland Teater
Hålogaland Teater is a regional theatre serving the region of Nord-Norge, the northernmost of Norway. It got its name after the northernmost county in Norway in the Middle Ages Hålogaland. When established in 1971, it was the first regional theatre in Norway and the first professional theatre in Nord-Norge. Many of its productions are staged in the regional Norwegian dialects. Although based in Tromsø in the Arctic Circle, where it occupies a modern purpose-built building, the theatre also tours the surrounding rural areas. The varied schedule includes a mixture of genres, contemporary and classic drama, and musical and children's theatre. Tramteatret
Tramteatret was a Norwegian left-oriented theatre performance group active from 1976 to 1986. The group included the members Marianne Krogness, Liv Aakvik, Terje Nordby, Kine Hellebust and others. Their first production was the satirical ''Deep sea thriller'', with references to the Bravo accident in April 1977, the largest oil blowout on the Norwegian shelf. They made a number of productions for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, including ''Serum serum'' from 1980, ''Pelle Parafin og automatspøkelsene'' (1981), and ''Hemmelighetene i B-by'' (1982). The group produced a total of eight musical revues, and several musical albums. Albums include ''Deep Sea Thriller.. Broadcasting Council (Norway)
The Broadcasting Council ( no, Kringkastingsrådet, or ''K-rådet'' for short) is an advisory board to the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). The role of the Broadcasting Council is to discuss and comment on NRK's programming agenda for Norwegian radio and television, and to advise on administrative and financial matters. Cases and appeals can be referred to the Council either by the NRK director-general or by NRK viewers and listeners. The Broadcasting Council is also free to consider matters of their own choosing. The Broadcasting Council meets eight to ten times annually and has 14 members. The Parliament of Norway appoints eight of the members, while the Council of State appoints the other six.
