Hålogaland Teater
Hålogaland Teater is a regional theatre serving the region of Nord-Norge, the northernmost of Norway. It got its name after the northernmost county in Norway in the Middle Ages Hålogaland. When established in 1971, it was the first regional theatre in Norway and the first professional theatre in Nord-Norge. Many of its productions are staged in the regional Norwegian dialects. Although based in Tromsø in the Arctic Circle, where it occupies a modern purpose-built building, the theatre also tours the surrounding rural areas. The varied schedule includes a mixture of genres, contemporary and classic drama, and musical and children's theatre. History Lars Berg (1901–1969) a local-based novelist, short story writer and playwright, had campaigned for a regional theatre since the 1940s. The Threepenny Opera
''The Threepenny Opera'' ( ) is a "play with music" by Bertolt Brecht, adapted from a translation by Elisabeth Hauptmann of John Gay's 18th-century English ballad opera, ''The Beggar's Opera'', and four ballads by François Villon, with music by Kurt Weill. Although there is debate as to how much, if any, Hauptmann might have contributed to the text, Brecht is usually listed as sole author. The work offers a socialist critique of the capitalist world. Moss, Norway
is a coastal town and a municipality in Viken county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Moss. The city of Moss was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt) and City in 1720. The rural municipality of Jeløy was merged with the city on 1 July 1943. The former municipality of Rygge was merged into it on January 1, 2020. Its administrative district covers areas east of the town, such as the island of Dillingøy in the lake Vansjø. Parts of the town are located on the peninsula of Jeløy. The city of Moss has 30,723 inhabitants (2012). Name The Old Norse form of the name was . Arthur Arntzen (humorist)
Arthur Andreas Arntzen (born 10 May 1937) is a Norwegian journalist, humorist, actor and writer. He was discovered by Håkon Karlsen and is particularly known for his character "Oluf Rallkattli". In 1994 he was appointed professor II in humour at the University of Tromsø. He was awarded the Leonard Statuette for 1999 and was decorated Knight, First Order of the Royal Norwegian Order of St. Olav in 2000. Sonja (born Sonja Haraldsen on 4 July 1937) is Queen of Norway since 17 January 1991 as the wife of King Harald V. Bernhard Ramstad
Bernhard Ramstad (born 29 December 1946) is a Norwegian actor, theatre instructor and director. He made his debut at Trøndelag Teater in 1966. He was formally employed there from 1968 to 1970, and then worked at Nationaltheatret from 1970 to 1971, Hålogaland Teater from 1971 to 1977 and Telemark Teater from 1977 to 1986. From 1986 to 1989 he was the director of Hålogaland Teater. In 1989 he was hired at Det Norske Teatret. He has also appeared on the screen. Finnmark

Troms
Troms (; se, Romsa; fkv, Tromssa; fi, Tromssa) is a former county in northern Norway. On 1 January 2020 it was merged with the neighboring Finnmark county to create the new Troms og Finnmark county. This merger is expected to be reversed by the government resulting from the 2021 Norwegian parliamentary election. It bordered Finnmark county to the northeast and Nordland county in the southwest.
