Chan Kin Seng (; born 19 March 1985) is a Macanese international football striker who currently plays for Monte Carlo of the Macau 1st Division Football. The 2010 AFC Challenge Cup qualification phase saw five teams advance to the finals to join three automatic qualifiers in the final tournament in Sri Lanka.
