Kiumars Pourahmad ( fa, کیومرث پوراحمد, born 16 December 1949 in Najaf Abad, Isfahan, Iran) is an Iranian film director, screenwriter, film editor and film producer. Career Pourahmad started his career as a film critic and assistant director in a TV series in early 1970s. He made his directorial debut, ''Tatureh'' in 1983 after making some short films. Children and young adults with their problems are the central characters in most of his films. Recently, Pourahmad has shown a tendency toward mass audience and box office and his latest film, ''The Yalda Night'', was a self-expression. Steve Peregrin Took (born Stephen Ross Porter; 28 July 1949 – 27 October 1980) was an English musician and songwriter, best known for his membership of the duo Tyrannosaurus Rex with Marc Bolan. Fajr International Film Festival
Iran's annual Fajr International Film Festival ( fa, جشنواره بینالمللی فیلم فجر), or Fajr Film Festival (little: FIFF; fa, جشنواره فیلم فجر), has been held every February and April in Tehran since 1982. The festival is supervised by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. It takes place on the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution. ''Lisa and Lottie'' (original German title: ''Das doppelte Lottchen'', "The Double Lottie") (published since 2014 in the United Kingdom and Australia as ''The Parent Trap'') is a 1949 German novel by Erich Kästner, about twin girls separated in infancy who meet at summer camp. The book originally started out during World War II as an aborted movie scenario. In 1942, when for a brief time Kästner was allowed by the Nazi authorities to work as a screenwriter, he proposed it to Josef von Báky, under the title ''The Great Secret'', but the Nazis once again forbade him to work. After the war, Kästner worked the idea into the highly successful book.
