Her career highlights so far include mixed team and mixed doubles silver at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, European women’s doubles bronze, and reaching the final of the 2013 London Grand Prix Gold and Scottish Open. Kirsty Gilmour (born 21 September 1993) is a Scottish badminton player who has represented both Scotland and Great Britain. Career Gilmour won the silver medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, losing out to Michelle Li of Canada in the final and becoming the first Scottish player to reach the women's singles finals at the Commonwealth Games. Jillie Cooper (born 9 May 1988) is a professional badminton player (BWF player id: 53127) who plays for Scotland. Career Cooper began her professional career in 2007. She first started playing senior international tournaments when she got to round '1/32' in the Scottish Open 2003 with her doubles partner in November 2003. Since then she had entered many other competitions building up to quarter and semi final stages.
