Kari Øyre Slind
Kari Øyre Slind (born 22 October 1991) is a Norwegian cross-country skier who represents Oppdal IL. She is the younger sister of the twin sisters Astrid Øyre Slind and Silje Øyre Slind, who are also cross-country skiers. Career In 2008, she won Gold in the 5 km at the Norwegian Junior National Championships, in the time of 12.18.8. That same year she won Bronze at the Spar Cup in cross-country in the K17 class. In March 2010, she participated in the 2010 Norwegian Junior Ski Championships, and was fifth in the 15 km classic and second in the 5 km freestyle. In addition, she received Gold in the 4 × 3,75 km relay with Anne Kjersti Kalvå, Silje Dahl Benum, and Valentine Aagaard on the South Trøndelag first team. Heidi Weng (born 20 July 1991) is a Norwegian cross-country skier and fell runner. Career In cross-country skiing her best individual World Cup finish is her victories in Tour de Ski both 2016–17 and 2017–18. She has won three gold medals at the Junior World Championships, two in relay and one in pursuit. She has won six medals at World Championships, four of them gold. The 2010–11 FIS Cross-Country World Cup was a multi-race tournament over the season for cross-country skiers. It was the 30th official FIS Cross-Country World Cup, World Cup season in cross-country skiing (sport), cross-country skiing for men and women. The season began on 20 November 2010 in Gällivare, Sweden and ended on 20 March 2011 in Falun, Sweden. The World Cup was organised by the International Ski Federation, FIS who also run world cups and championships in ski jumping, snowboarding and alpine skiing amongst others.
