Kar De Mumma
Erik Harald Zetterström (14 August 1904 – 7 July 1997), better known by his screen name Kar de Mumma, was a Swedish humorous writer and playwright. His pen name can be read as Car da Mon in Swedish. In the 1920s and 1930s, he wrote many of the most appreciated Swedish revues. 1956–1978, the revues he wrote for '' Folkan'' (Folk-theater) in Stockholm (among them the '' Kar de Mumma revue'') became an institution on the Swedish theatre scene. He was one of the most appreciated Swedish humor columnists, writing for ''Svenska Dagbladet ''Svenska Dagbladet'' (, "The Swedish Daily News"), abbreviated SvD, is a daily newspaper published in Stockholm, Sweden. Hedvig Eleonora Parish
Hedvig Eleonora Parish ( sv, Hedvig Eleonora församling) is a parish in Östermalm's church district (''kontrakt'') in the Diocese of Stockholm, Sweden. The parish is located in Stockholm Municipality in Stockholm County. The parish forms its own pastorship. History The parish was formed on 17 April 1672, by an outbreak from the Holmkyrkan Parish (''Holmkyrkans församling''). Until 1737, the parish was also called the Ladugårdsland Parish (''Ladugårdslands församling'') and has also been called the Östermalm Parish (''Östermalms församling''). In 1724 and 1749, the ''Borgerskapets änkhus församling'' and ''Hedvig Eleonora fattighus församling'' broke out, respectively. A playwright or dramatist is a person who writes plays. Etymology The word "play" is from Middle English pleye, from Old English plæġ, pleġa, plæġa ("play, exercise; sport, game; drama, applause"). The word "wright" is an archaic English term for a craftsman or builder (as in a wheelwright or cartwright). The words combine to indicate a person who has "wrought" words, themes, and other elements into a dramatic form—a play. (The homophone with "write" is coincidental.) Cardamon
Cardamom (), sometimes cardamon or cardamum, is a spice made from the seeds of several plants in the genus (biology), genera ''Elettaria'' and ''Amomum'' in the family Zingiberaceae. Both genera are native to the Indian subcontinent and Indonesia. They are recognized by their small seed pods: triangular in cross-section and spindle-shaped, with a thin, papery outer shell and small, black seeds; ''Elettaria'' pods are light green and smaller, while ''Amomum'' pods are larger and dark brown. A revue is a type of multi-act popular theatrical entertainment that combines music, dance, and sketches. The revue has its roots in 19th century popular entertainment and melodrama but grew into a substantial cultural presence of its own during its golden years from 1916 to 1932. Though most famous for their visual spectacle, revues frequently satirized contemporary figures, news or literature.
