''Judenklub'' ( en, Jew club) is a derogatory, antisemitic term used throughout the Nazi era in Germany and Austria, applied to association football clubs with strong Jewish heritage and connections. Some of the most prominent clubs referred to in such a way by the Nazis were FC Bayern Munich, FK Austria Wien, Eintracht Frankfurt and FSV Frankfurt. In more recent times the term has occasionally also been used in the German-language press when reporting on antisemitic chants and attacks by rival fan groups on non-German clubs like Tottenham Hotspur, AFC Ajax, RSC Anderlecht and KS Cracovia who have a Jewish heritage or connection. Kurt Landauer
Kurt Landauer (28 July 1884 – 21 December 1961) was a German football official. His profession often listed as ''Kaufmann'' ("merchant"), he was head of the advertising department of the major Munich daily newspaper ''Münchner Neueste Nachrichten'', considered precursor to '' Süddeutsche Zeitung'', which commenced publication after World War II. His claim to fame is his four tenures as the president of the football club FC Bayern Munich between 1913 and 1951. To date he remains the president with the longest time in office. Landauer was born in Planegg (close to Munich), and joined Bayern in 1901 as a player. He had to leave for Lausanne shortly afterwards, but returned to Munich in 1905. In 1913 he was elected president of the club for the first time but World War I ended his tenure in 1914. The modern Olympic Games or Olympics, are leading international sporting events featuring summer and winter sports competitions in which thousands of athletes from around the world participate in a variety of competitions. The Gauliga Ostmark, renamed Gauliga Donau-Alpenland in 1941, was the highest football league in Austria after its annexation by Germany in 1938.
