James Gahagan
James Gahagan (1927 – July 7, 1999) was an American abstract expressionist painter and one of the premier American colorists.Gahagan'Obituaryretrieved on March 10, 2007 He was an Associate Director of the Hans Hofmann School and created, with Hoffman, two major mosaic murals in New York City. Biography Gahagan was born in Brooklyn, New York.
