Jury Award (Golden Melody Awards)
The Golden Melody Jury Award (Chinese: 金曲獎評審團獎) is a Golden Melody Award presented by the Ministry of Culture of Taiwan, established in the 18th Golden Melody Awards in 2007 to honor an extraordinary body of work that the jury decides to be unique and exemplary. According to the Golden Melody Award, the award does not objectively judge under a set of criteria, but can only hand out the award if more than two-thirds of the jury decides to recognize the work after review and discussion. The award is not given if the jury does not meet a consensus. Traditional Chinese Characters
Traditional Chinese characters are one type of standard Chinese character sets of the contemporary written Chinese. The traditional characters had taken shapes since the clerical change and mostly remained in the same structure they took at the introduction of the regular script in the 2nd century. Over the following centuries, traditional characters were regarded as the standard form of printed Chinese characters or literary Chinese throughout the Sinosphere until the middle of the 20th century, before different script reforms initiated by countries using Chinese characters as a writing system. Lin Wanfang (), professionally known as Wanfang, is a Taiwanese singer, actress and radio DJ. She is renowned for her sonorous, gentle soft voice and probably best known for being the original theme singer of the film ''C'est la vie, mon chéri'' (新不了情). ''City Zoo'' ( zh, t=摩天動物園) is the seventh studio album by Hong Kong singer-songwriter G.E.M., it was released on December 27, 2019, by Sony Music. As the executive producer, G.E.M. worked with producer Terrence Ma. The self-written album was done after G.E.M.'s departure from her former record label Hummingbird Music Limited. Joanna Wang
Joanna Wang () is a Taiwanese-American singer-songwriter, daughter of renowned music producer Wang Zhi-ping (王治平). Born in Taipei but raised in Los Angeles, California, Wang dropped out from Gabrielino High School when she was 16. Her debut album, ''Start from Here'', was released in January 2008 as a double-disc set, one in English and the other in Chinese.
