Jurij Medveděv
Jurij Medveděv ( kz, Юрий Медведев; born 18 June 1996) is a professional footballer who plays for Slovak club Slovan Bratislava as a right back. Born in Kazakhstan, he has represented the Czech Republic at youth level. Club career FK Senica Medveděv made his Fortuna Liga debut for Senica against AS Trenčín on 23 July 2017. Sochi On 20 June 2023, Medveděv signed with the Russian club Sochi. His aunt and cousin live in the city. Following the relegation of Sochi into Russian First League, Medveděv departed from Sochi. Return to Slovan On 13 June 2024, Medveděv returned to Slovan Bratislava on a three-year contract. 2021–22 ŠK Slovan Bratislava Season
The 2021–22 season was ŠK Slovan Bratislava's 16th consecutive in the top flight of Slovak football. Slovan successfully retained their league title, winning a record-breaking fourth title in a row and 12th overall since the competition was established in 1993. 2017–18 Slovak First Football League
The 2017–18 Slovak First Football League (known as the Slovak Fortuna Liga for sponsorship reasons) was the 25th season of first-tier football league in Slovakia, since its establishment in 1993. MŠK Žilina were the defending champions, after winning their 7th Slovak championship. Format changes Starting from this season, the competition format was changed. The previous 33-match round robin structure was replaced by a regular stage round of 22 games and a playoff round, where 12 teams are divided into two groups: championship group (top-6 teams after regular stage) and relegation group (bottom 6 teams).
