The 2019–20 season was ŠK Slovan Bratislava's 14th consecutive in the top flight of Slovak football. Having won the 2018–19 Slovak First Football League, Slovan contested in the UEFA Champions League, but were eliminated in the first qualifying round. Subsequently, Slovan competed in the UEFA Europa League and reached the group stage. Slovan were successful in their defence of the Slovak Super Liga clinching the title on 20 June. ŠK Slovan Bratislava (, "Bratislava Slav") is a football club based in Bratislava, Slovakia, that plays in the Slovak Super Liga. Founded as 1. ČsŠK Bratislava in 1919, the club changed its name to Slovan Bratislava in 1953. Slovan is the most successful team in Slovakia with the most titles in both league and cup in the country. Dominik Greif (born 6 April 1997) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for La Liga club RCD Mallorca and the Slovakia national team. Club career Slovan Bratislava Greif made his professional debut for Slovan Bratislava against MFK Zemplín Michalovce on 13 May 2016. During the 2018–19 season, Greif was the dominantly preferred goalkeeper over Michal Šulla, playing in 29 of the 32 games during the season. The 2018–19 Slovak First Football League (known as the Fortuna Liga for sponsorship reasons) was the 26th season of first-tier football league in Slovakia since its establishment in 1993. FC DAC 1904 is a Slovak football team, based in Dunajská Streda. In the 2007 to 2008 season, the team were the west group champions of the Slovak Third League.
