Julia Kova
Julia Kova (real name russian: Юлия Ахонькова, ; b. February 5, 1985 in Moscow) is a Russian singer and beauty pageant titleholder. At 17 years old, she was chosen as "Miss Russia Universe 2003", but was unable to compete in Miss Universe 2003 pageant due to her age. Julia participated in the Miss Europe beauty pageant later that year instead. Later she moved to the USA, changed her stage name to "Julia Kova" and started singing in English. Now she lives in Miami. Miss Universe 2003
Miss Universe 2003, the 52nd Miss Universe pageant, was held on June 3, 2003 at the Figali Convention Center in Panama City, Panama. Amelia Vega of the Dominican Republic was crowned by Justine Pasek of Panama as her successor at the end of the event. This is the 1st time that Dominican Republic has been crowned Miss Universe. 71 contestants competed in this year. Miss Europe
Miss Europe is a beauty pageant for European women from all over Europe. It was established in February 1927 by Fanamet, the European distributor of Paramount, as a one-off event where the winner was to star in a film directed by Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau. After the initial twelve-person jury couldn't decide between 10 contestants, a runoff election was held where Murnau chose the winner. Murnau ended up choosing Štefica Vidačić of Yugoslavia as the winner and the first ever Miss Europe. Miss Europe was later re-established in December 1928 by French journalist Maurice de Waleffe (1874–1946), who also created, in 1920, what by 1927 had become the Miss France pageant. Scott Spencer Storch (born December 16, 1973) is an American record producer and songwriter. He started off as a keyboardist for the group the Roots. Early life Storch was born on Long Island, New York. He was raised in South Florida and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His mother, Joyce Yolanda Storch, was a singer signed to Philadelphia's Cameo-Parkway Records under the stage name Joyce Carol, and is of Lithuanian Jewish heritage. His father, Phil Storch, was a court reporter. His uncle, Jeremy Storch, was a founder of soul-rock band the Vagrants and wrote songs recorded by Dave Mason and Eddie Money.
