João Burse
João Batista Donizete Dressler Burse (born 10 June 1982) is a Brazilian professional football coach and former player. He is the current head coach of Figueirense. A central defender, he spent most of his playing career in Brazil, as well as brief spells in Japan and Chile. Playing career Born in Estiva Gerbi, São Paulo, Burse was a Mogi Mirim youth graduate. Promoted to the first team in 1999, he played for the club until 2002, and subsequently represented Nagoya Grampus, Corinthians Alagoano, União Barbarense and the under-23 side of Universidad Católica. He retired at the age of 24 due to a serious pubis injury. Coaching career After retiring, Burse joined his first club Mogi Mirim as a fitness coach of the under-15s. Vagner do Carmo Mancini (born 24 October 1966) is a Brazilian professional football coach and former player who is in charge of Brazilian Série A club América Mineiro. Playing career Born in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Mancini started his career with Guarani in 1988. He subsequently went on to represent Portuguesa, Bragantino and Botafogo-SP before joining Grêmio in 1995. Mancini featured sparingly for the club during the season, being crowned champions of 1995 Copa Libertadores but losing the 1995 Copa do Brasil to Corinthians; he was sent off in the first leg of the latter competition's final. The Copa do Brasil ( en, Brazil Cup) is a knockout football competition played by 92 teams, representing all 26 Brazilian states plus the Federal District. It is the Brazilian domestic cup and the Brazilian equivalent of the FA Cup, Taça de Portugal, Copa del Rey, Scottish Cup and Copa Argentina. The Campeonato Baiano is the football league of the state of Bahia, Brazil. The championship has been played since 1905 without interruption. 2020 format First stage: 10 teams are included in one group, playing once only against all teams in the group. The four best teams qualify to the semifinals, while the last-placed team is relegated to the Second Level. Final stage The four best teams play in a two-legged knockout tie, with the first facing the fourth and the second facing the third placed. The 2022 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B (officially the Brasileirão SportingBet - Série B 2022 for sponsorship reasons) was a football competition held in Brazil, equivalent to the second division. The competition began on 8 April and ended on 6 November. Twenty teams competed in the tournament, twelve returning from the 2021 season, four promoted from the 2021 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C (Criciúma, Ituano, Novorizontino and Tombense), and four relegated from the 2021 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A (Bahia, Chapecoense, Grêmio and Sport).
