Joey Clanton
Joseph Clanton (born November 1, 1972) is an American race car driver and businessman. He was the 2002 champion in the now-defunct American Speed Association stock car series. He is also the owner of two Zaxby's franchises. Busch Series Clanton made his debut in the then-NASCAR Busch Series in the 2003 Hardee's 250 at Richmond International Raceway. Driving the #27 Trim Spa Pontiac for Brewco Motorsports, he started and finished 22nd. Clanton would drive in seventeen more races and earn one top 10 finish, a career-best 5th at Pikes Peak. After the Stacker 200 Presented by YJ Stinger, Clanton was replaced in the car by Chase Montgomery, whom he had replaced earlier in the season. He has not returned to the series since then. Stockbridge is a city in Henry County, Georgia, Henry County, Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia, United States. Brewco Motorsports
Brewco Motorsports was a racing team that competed in the NASCAR Busch Series (now the Xfinity Series). The team was owned from 1995 until 2007 by Clarence Brewer Jr., his wife Tammy, and Todd Wilkerson. The team won 10 races over 13 seasons in the Busch Series, and entered a single NASCAR Nextel Cup Series race in 2004. The team was sold to Mike Curb and Gary Baker with nine races left in the 2007 season, with both Brewco entries becoming part of Baker-Curb Racing. Travis Kvapil
Travis Wade Kvapil ( ; born March 1, 1976) is an American professional stock car driver. He last competed part-time in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series, driving the No. 1 Chevrolet Silverado for Beaver Motorsports. He was the 2003 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion. Early career Kvapil grew up working on cars in his father's garage, and racing was a natural progression for the Wisconsin native. Kvapil began racing in 1992 at the age of 16 at Rockford Speedway, competing in the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series. He went on to win the American Short Tracker division track championship in 1994 at Rockford. Stacy Marshall Compton (born May 26, 1967) is a NASCAR former team owner and former driver. He is a former co-owner of Bobby Hamilton Racing-Virginia in the Craftsman Truck Series, and is a former racing analyst for ESPN full-time. Before he ran in NASCAR, Compton was a successful short track racer in Virginia. Atlanta Motor Speedway (formerly known Atlanta International Raceway from 1960 to 1990) is a 1.54-mile entertainment facility in Hampton, Georgia, United States, 20 miles (32 km) south of Atlanta. It has annually hosted NASCAR Cup Series stock car races since its inauguration in 1960. The venue was bought by Speedway Motorsports in 1990.
