Jiang Bin (; born 1966/1967) is a Chinese billionaire entrepreneur, who co-founded acoustic components company GoerTek with his wife Hu Shuangmei. He is the chairman of GoerTek. Weihai (), formerly called Weihaiwei (), is a prefecture-level city and major seaport in easternmost Shandong province. It borders Yantai to the west and the Yellow Sea to the east, and is the closest Chinese city to South Korea. The company claims to hold the largest market value among acoustic companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
