Jean-Louis Huhta
Jean-Louis Patrik Huhta (born 30 April 1965) is a Swedish musician. He has played in various bands going back through the mid 1980s, ranging from punk and art music to grindcore and funk. Career Huhta began his musical career in the early 1980s as a member of Freddie Wadling's post-punk band Cortex. He later joined the hardcore band Anti Cimex, in which he played percussion between 1984 and 1987. Since then, he has participated in various groups and experimental art projects. Together with Texas Instruments, he created rhythm-based industrial noise and as a member of the art collective Lucky People Center, he found his way to contemporary dance music. He has also dabbled in funk, hip hop, and go-go music with Stonefunkers. With The Skull Defekts, he toured the United States in 2009. Zbigniew Karkowski (born 14 March 1958 – 12 December 2013) was a Polish experimental musician and composer. Karkowski was born on 14 March 1958 in Krakow, Poland. He studied composition at the State College of Music in Gothenburg, Sweden, aesthetics of modern music at the University of Gothenburg’s Department of Musicology, and computer music at the Chalmers University of Technology. After completing his studies in Sweden, he studied sonology for a year at the Royal Conservatory of Music in The Hague, Netherlands. During his education, he also attended many summer composition master courses arranged by Centre Acanthes in Avignon and Aix-en-Provence, France, studying with Iannis Xenakis, Olivier Messiaen, Pierre Boulez and Georges Aperghis, among others. Freddie Wadling
Berndt Arvid Freddie Wadling (2 August 1951 – 2 June 2016) was a Swedish singer born in Gothenburg, whose over-thirty-year musical career extended from punk to classical ballads. Band member Wadling played bass in a number of bands during the 1970s and early 1980s. One notable band was Liket Lever (which translates as The Corpse Lives). In the early 1980s, he joined the cult band Cortex. During this period, Cortex released the album ''Spinal Injuries'', in 1981. The track "The Freaks", sung by Wadling, became a signature song for him and was used in the soundtrack to '' Tjenare Kungen''. He also played in the bands Straitjacket, Leather Nun, and Fleshquartet. Wadling was also featured in band Kingdom of Evol.
