Jani Lax
Jani Lax (born October 26, 1977) is a Swedish professional mixed martial artist and occasional kickboxer, who competes in the Lightweight division. He has fought around the world in a number of promotions including Finnfight, K-1, M-1 Global and Shooto. Career Lax began his mixed martial arts career in 1999 with Finnfight, one of the largest promotions in the Nordic countries and known for its brutal no-holds-barred rules. He lost his debut against Marcus Peltonen by knockout in the first round, but went on to defeat Joachim Hansen in his next bout. After Finnfight, he fought in M-1 Global in Russia, where he had one win and one loss. He then went to Japan to fight with Shooto, where his promotional debut came against Akira Kikuchi. Kikuchi was able to submit him in the first round. After this loss, he had a four-fight winning streak spanning across Europe and Japan. Gävle
Gävle () is a city in Sweden, the seat of Gävle Municipality and the capital of Gävleborg County. It had 77,586 inhabitants in 2020, which makes it the 13th most populated city in Sweden. It is the oldest city in the historical Norrland (Sweden's Northern Lands), having received its charter in 1446 from Christopher of Bavaria. BAMMA (British Association of Mixed Martial Arts) was a mixed martial arts promotion based in the United Kingdom. It premiered on June 27, 2009, and was shown on the television channel Bravo. BAMMA events were shown live on ITV4 in the UK and Ireland, KIX in Asia (in Indonesia aired on tvOne), VEQTA Digital Broadcast Sports Network in India, Kwese in Africa, DAZN in Germany & Russia, FITE TV and UNILAD (Online). Takashi Nakakura (Japanese: 中蔵隆志, ''Nakakura Takashi'', born March 23, 1977) is a Japanese mixed martial artist, and the former Shooto welterweight champion. Nakakura is also a seido kaikan karate and Judo black belt. He took up Judo for three years in high school and soon after started training in seido kaikan karate where he took 2nd in the West Japan B-league competition losing only to Tsuyoshi Nakasako, a current K-1 fighter.
