Jamonera
A ''jamonera'' (), also known as a ''portajamones'' or ''jamonero'', is a form of clamp fixed to a wooden stand, specifically designed to hold a leg of '' jamón serrano'' (Spanish cured ham) or ''jamón ibérico'' whilst it is sliced.
