Jamiat Ahle Hadith
Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan (Urdu:, Arabic: المركزى جمعية اهل حديث الباكستان) is a religious organization and political party in Pakistan. It was founded by Ehsan Elahi Zaheer in 1986. JAH is a founding member of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM). As of 2018, the party is led by Sajid Mir. History Formation Jamiat Ahle Hadith was launched as a political party in 1986 by leader Ehsan Elahi Zaheer. A year later, In 1987, Zaheer was martyred. Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal
The Muttahida Majlis–e–Amal (MMA; Urdu: , "United Council of Action") is a political alliance consisting of conservative, Islamist, religious, and far-right parties of Pakistan. Naeem Siddiqui (the founder of Tehreek e Islami) proposed such an alliance of all the religious parties back in the 1990s. Qazi Hussain Ahmad endeavored for it and due to his efforts, it was formed in 2002 in a direct opposition to the policies led by President Pervez Musharraf to support for the War in Afghanistan. Sajid Mir (Urdu: ساجد میر) is a Pakistani politician and Islamic scholar. He is the current Ameer of Jamiat Ahle Hadith. He was also a member of Senate of Pakistan and served as Chairperson- Senate Committee on Science and Technology.
