Jamar Beasley
Jamar Beasley (born October 11, 1979, in Fort Wayne, Indiana) is an American soccer player. Career Beasley began his professional career in 1998, as a member Major League Soccer's Project-40, directly out of High School (South Side High School). He became a member of the New England Revolution. At the time, Beasley was the youngest player to sign with MLS, a record since broken many times over. After being traded to the Chicago Fire, Beasley was a regular during the 2001 season alongside his brother. He would score a crucial tying goal for Chicago against Dallas in the second game of a quarterfinal playoff series that 2001 Major League Soccer season. After reduced playing time in 2002, Beasley went to the second division before signing with the indoor Missouri Comets of the MISL II for the 2003–2004 season, where he would go on to win MISL Rookie of the Year. South Side High School is a Fort Wayne Community Schools high school situated in south-central Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, United States. History On September 11, 1922, South Side High School opened its doors to students for the first time. The idea of a second high school in the city of Fort Wayne became a reality in 1920 when Fort Wayne High School, later known as Central High School, became overcrowded. As a site for the new high school, the school board chose a tract of land on South Calhoun Street close to the city limits. The land on which the school was constructed had been used for gardens by residents. The land that the football field was constructed was rather flat. Generation Adidas is a joint venture between Major League Soccer and U.S. Soccer aimed at raising the level of young professional soccer talent in the United States. United States National Futsal Team
The United States national futsal team represents the United States at international competitions. It is governed by the United States Soccer Federation and affiliated with CONCACAF. The U.S. Futsal Federation was founded in 1981 and the first international futsal match played by the U.S. National Futsal Team was in May 1984 in Nanaimo, Canada where the United States won, 6–5. The first international futsal match in the United States was held in December, 1985, at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California. The U.S. select team, defeated Australia, 9–5. United States U-20 Men's National Soccer Team
The United States U-20 men's national soccer team is controlled by the United States Soccer Federation. The highest level of competition in which the team competes is the FIFA U-20 World Cup, which is held every two years. The Cedar Rapids Rampage was an American professional indoor soccer franchise based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Founded in June 2015, the team made its debut in the Major Arena Soccer League with the 2015–16 season. The team's name and logo were revealed at a press conference on July 16, 2015.
