Jakarta Great Sale Festival
Jakarta Great Sale Festival or Festival Jakarta Great Sale (FJGS) is an annual sale festival which is held to celebrate anniversary of Jakarta, Indonesia. It is held in the month of June and July. FJGS is participated by major shopping malls of Jakarta metro area. Aside from regular discounts, some of the malls offer malls midnight sales. The festival also involves traditional markets and hotels. History The city administration held an event called Festival Pertokoan (Shopping Festival) in 1982. The name later changed to Pesta Diskon (Discount Party). During 1990's, the name is changed to Jakarta Great Sale. Pondok Indah Mall
Pondok Indah Mall (Indonesian: Mal Pondok Indah) or PIM is a large shopping complex located in the Pondok Indah suburb of South Jakarta, Indonesia. The Pondok Indah Mall complex (referred to by Jakartans as "PIM") comprises three large buildings, the older 3-storey PIM1 and the 5-storey PIM2, and the newest building PIM3. PIM 1 and PIM2 are interconnected via two elevated multi-storey pedestrian walkways (Skywalk North and Skywalk South), which also tenanted by specialty shops. PIM3, which was officially opened on April 8, 2021, is connected to the other two buildings by an underpass. A shopping mall (or simply mall) is a North American term for a large indoor shopping center, usually anchored by department stores. Jakarta Fair ( id, Pekan Raya Jakarta or PRJ, ) is a fair held annually in Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia, in June and July. It features exhibitions, trade promotions, shopping, music performances, various shows, amusement rides and a food festival. Pasar Malam Besar
The Tong Tong Fair (formerly known as ''Pasar Malam Besar'') is the largest festival in the world for Indo (European-Indonesian) culture, held annually in the Netherlands. In 2009 it was renamed to 'Tong Tong Fair'. Established in 1959 it is one of the oldest festivals and the fourth largest grand fair in the Netherlands. It is also the annual event with the highest number of paying visitors of the Dutch city of The Hague, having consistently attracted more than 100,000 visitors since 1993.
