Trevor Dean Enid Crump Enid Crump, played by June Broughton, arrives on the Street to confront Betty Williams (Betty Driver) as Betty celebrates her 90th birthday and a reporter writes an article stating that she is the oldest barmaid in the North West. That is until Enid arrives and claims her title to the throne, as she is 91. After Enid contracts food poisoning, Betty is in great fear as Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) tells her that the hot pot, which he served her, was found at the back of the fridge, but he did not know that it was two months old. Liz McDonald (Beverley Callard) makes enquiries and finds out that Enid's illness is attributable to drinking too much, much to Betty and Steve's relief. ITV is a British free-to-air public broadcast television network. It was launched in 1955 as Independent Television to provide competition to BBC Television (established in 1936). Graeme Proctor
Graeme Proctor is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera '' Coronation Street''. Portrayed by Craig Gazey, the character first appeared on-screen during the episode airing on 18 April 2008. The character is also noted for his eccentric behaviour, outlandish one-liners and his habit of singing, often whilst walking alone. After the character had only been part of the serial for a short period he became a firm favourite with viewers, with Gazey winning three "Best Newcomer" awards and "Best Comedy Performance" for his portrayal. Nick Tilsley
Nick Tilsley (also Platt) is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street''. He was born off screen during an episode broadcast on 31 December 1980, but made his first appearance on 5 January 1981. He was played by Warren Jackson from 1981 until 6 September 1996. Adam Rickitt took over the role on 15 October 1997 until 21 April 1999 but returned for three separate stints between 2002 and 2004 and made his final appearance as Nick on 11 July 2004. Oliver Jacob Mellor (born 30 January 1981 in Windsor, Berkshire) is a British actor and former personal trainer, perhaps best known for playing the role of Matt Carter in ITV soap opera Coronation Street from 20 August 2010, departing on 5 April 2013 after a three-year stint on the show. Personal life Mellor grew up in Windsor, Berkshire with his father, a hotelier, his mother, a flight attendant and his older sister. Dr Matt Carter is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera '' Coronation Street'', played by Oliver Mellor. He made his first on screen appearance on 20 August 2010. Jimmi Harkishin
James "Jimmi" Harkishin (born Rajan Harkishindas; 19 March 1965) is an English actor best known for his role as shopkeeper Dev Alahan in ''Coronation Street'', which he has played continuously since 10 November 1999. He also played Ranjit in the film ''Bhaji on the Beach'' (1993) and Iyaaz Ali Khan in '' East is East'' (1999). Harkishin played Gary Lobo in the ''Jonathan Creek'' episode "Danse Macabre". Sunita Alahan
Sunita Alahan (also Parekh) was a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'', played by Shobna Gulati. She made her first screen appearance on 23 March 2001 and remained in the show until 2006, when the character was axed from the serial by producer Tony Wood. In 2009, Sunita returned to ''Coronation Street'' as a full-time character, reintroduced by producer Kim Crowther.
