J. Gary Pretlow
James Gary Pretlow (born August 27, 1949) is a member of the New York State Assembly representing the 89th Assembly District. First elected in 1992, Pretlow is a Democrat. Before being elected to the Assembly, he served on the Mount Vernon City Council. Pretlow chairs the Assembly Committee on Racing and Wagering. Queens is a borough of New York City, coextensive with Queens County, in the U.S. state of New York. Located on Long Island, it is the largest New York City borough by area. Robert J. Castelli (born December 16, 1949) is an American security consultant, professor and media personality from Goldens Bridge, New York. He served two terms as a member of the New York State Assembly, representing northeastern Westchester County, New York. During the Vietnam War, he served with the 7th Cavalry Regiment in the United States Army. Upon his separation from military, he became a member of the New York State Police, where he served with the elite Special Investigations Unit and the New York State Organized Crime Task Force for over two decades. A graduate of Harvard University, Castelli became an educator in 1996 went on to serve as Chair of the Criminal Justice Department at Iona College. Mike Spano (born April 22, 1964) is an American politician who serves as the 42nd mayor of Yonkers, New York. He is a member of the Democratic Party.
