Izet is a Bosnian variant of the Turkish given name '' Izzet'' from Arabiعزة meaning honor, greatness. Alternatively, it may refer to the first sighting of vegetation after volcanic eruptions. ''Lud, zbunjen, normalan'' () is a Bosnian television comedy series that aired from 2007 to 2021. Since its debut, it was also shown in Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Slovenia. Synopsis The show stars three generations of the Fazlinović family, all living in an apartment in Sarajevo. The oldest of the family is Izet Fazlinović ( Mustafa Nadarević). Izet has a son Faruk ( Senad Bašić), who in turn has a son Damir ( Moamer Kasumović). In season four, Damir's son Džebra (Bilal Hadžić; Ivor Šparavalo; Tarik Džinić) is born. The show's title refers to the three main characters, with Izet being ''Lud'' (The Nut), Faruk being ''Zbunjen'' (The Confused) and Damir being ''Normalan'' (The Regular). The show's plot revolves around humorous situations involving the Fazlinović clan, their friends and co-workers. Izet Hajrović
Izet Hajrović (; born 4 August 1991) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Super League Greece club Aris and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. Hajrović started his professional career at Grasshoppers, before joining Galatasaray in 2014. Later that year, he switched to Werder Bremen, who loaned him to Eibar in 2015. Three years later, Hajrović signed with Dinamo Zagreb. He moved to Aris in 2021. Izet Nanić (4 October 1965 – 5 August 1995) was a Bosnian Army brigade commander during the Bosnian war of independence in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Family An ethnic Bosnian Muslim, Izet Nanić was born to Ibrahim Nanić (1939–2000) and Rasima (born 1945) in the town of Bužim, as second of seven children. His younger brother Nevzet was killed near Bosanska Krupa on 30 June 1992, at the start of the war in Bosnia. He was married to Safija Remetić, from Varoška Rijeka. Together they had three children; a daughter and two sons. Career Until January 1991, Nanić was an officer of the Yugoslav People's Army, when he returned to his home in Bužim due to a broken leg. Izet Dibra (1878 – 1964) born Izet Shatku was an Albanian politician and mayor of Tirana from 1927 to 1928. He also served as minister of public works in Pandeli Evangjeli's cabinet. His brother Faik had served as attorney general and minister of justice. Life Izet Dibra was born as Izet Shatku on May 19, 1878 in Debar, back then Ottoman Empire, today's North Macedonia. His father Murat Ibrahim Shatku was a local merchant and financier. Shatku took his initial studies in his native town, and followed later in Monastir. Izet Sarajlić (16 March 1930 in Doboj – 2 May 2002 in Sarajevo) was a Bosnian historian of philosophy, essayist, translator and poet. Sarajlić was Bosnia and Herzegovina's best-known poet after World War II, and the former Yugoslavia's most widely translated poet. Biography Sarajlić was born in Doboj in 1930. His mother was not yet eighteen when she married his father, a railway worker. Sarajlić's childhood was spent in Trebinje and Dubrovnik; he moved to Sarajevo in 1945, where he would remain for the rest of his life. Izet Ibrahimi (born January 1, 1962) is a retired Albanian politician from Kosovo, and a former mayor of Glogovac. He is currently a lecturer. Biography Izet Ibrahimi was born near Glogovac, Kosovo to Albanian parents.
