Ivo Křen
Ivo Křen (6 February 1964 – 9 May 2020) was a Czech graphic artist, art glass theoretician and curator. Life After graduating from grammar school in Pardubice (1979–82) Ivo Křen studied art education and Czech language at the Faculty of Pedagogics, University of Hradec Králové, under Prof. Bořivoj Borovský. He briefly worked as a teacher and then worked at the East Bohemian Gallery and since 1989 at the East Bohemian Museum in Pardubice. He was a member of the ''Association of Czech Graphic Artists Hollar'', the ''Rubikon art group'' and the ''Academy of Design of the Czech Republic''. He has exhibited independently since 1991 and presented his graphic works at many joint exhibitions around the world. Pardubice
Pardubice (; german: Pardubitz) is a city in the Czech Republic. It has about 89,000 inhabitants. It is the capital city of the Pardubice Region and lies on the Elbe River. The historic centre is well preserved and is protected as an Cultural monument (Czech Republic)#Monument reservations, urban monument reservation. Pardubice is known as the centre of industry, which represents by an oil refinery or an electronic equipment plant. Czech Republic
The Czech Republic, or simply Czechia, is a landlocked country in Central Europe. Historically known as Bohemia, it is bordered by Austria to the south, Germany to the west, Poland to the northeast, and Slovakia to the southeast. Prague

Vladimír Holan
Vladimír Holan (; September 16, 1905 – March 31, 1980) was a Czechoslovak poet famous for employing obscure language, dark topics and pessimistic views in his poems. He was nominated for the Nobel Prize in the late 1960s. Life Holan was born in Prague, but he spent most of his childhood outside the capital. When he moved back in the 1920s he studied law and started a job as a clerk, a position that was a large source of dissatisfaction for the poet. He lost his father and in 1932 married Věra Pilařová. In the same year he published the collection of poems ''Vanutí'' (Breezing), which he considered his first piece of poetic art (there were two books preceding it: ''Blouznivý vějíř'' /1926/ and ''Triumf smrti'' /1930/). It was his only collection to be reviewed by the knight of Czech critics, František Xaver Šalda, who compared Holan favorably with the French poet Stéphane Mallarmé.
