Ira Demon Brown (born August 3, 1982) is a Japanese-American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Osaka Evessa of the Japanese B.League. He had also spent three years with the Hirachi/Shibuya Sunrockers, as well as two years with the Toyama Grouses during his career in Japan. The power forward (PF), also known as the four or strong forward, is a position in basketball. Power forwards play a role similar to centers. 2017 EABA Championship
The 4th East Asian Basketball Championship were the qualifying tournament of the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup. It served also as a subzone championship involving the East Asian basketball teams. The tournament was hosted by the city of Nagano in Japan from 3 to 7 June 2017. The Chinese Taipei won their first title after defeating the defending champions, Korea in the Finals, 77–64. The Basketball Tournament (TBT) is an open-application, single-elimination tournament played each summer in the United States. The 2022 edition features 64 teams with a $1 million winner-take-all prize, broadcast by ESPN. TBT was founded in 2014 by Jonathan Mugar. Format Teams in TBT are arranged by the general manager, sometimes based on which college basketball program the players competed for. The tournament has had as many as 97 teams, in 2015, and as few as 24 teams, in 2020. Since 2016, the tournament has most often used a 64-team field. The Basketball Tournament 2018 was the fifth edition of The Basketball Tournament, a 5-on-5, single elimination basketball tournament broadcast by the ESPN family of networks. 2016 FIBA Asia Challenge
The 2016 FIBA Asia Challenge was the 6th FIBA Asia Challenge, an international basketball tournament of FIBA Asia which was hosted by Iran from 9–18 September 2016. This tournament served as the first step in determining the process of the qualifiers for the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup which will feature teams from both FIBA Asia and FIBA Oceania for the first time. Iran are the defending champion from 2014.
