A lower house is one of two Debate chamber, chambers of a Bicameralism, bicameral legislature, the other chamber being the upper house. Timothy Kacena
Timothy T. Kacena (born 1958) is an American politician. Kacena is a Sioux City native, born in 1958. He graduated from Bishop Heelan Catholic High School. He was a firefighter for Sioux City Fire Rescue for three decades. In the 2016 and 2018 election cycles, Kacena defeated Republican candidate Robert Henderson, and served as a Democratic legislator representing District 14 of the Iowa House of Representatives from 2017 to 2021. David Alan "Dave" Dawson (born October 5, 1973) is an American politician and lawyer from Iowa. A Democrat, he served in the Iowa House of Representatives representing the 14th district from 2013 to 2017. Josh Byrnes (politician)
Josh Byrnes (born April 18, 1974) is a Republican party member of the Iowa House of Representatives. Byrnes received his undergraduate education at Luther College and has a master's degree from Winona State University. He was a high school teacher and community college instructor before entering politics. As of January 2013, Byrnes served on several committees in the Iowa House – the Education, Natural Resources, and Ways and Means committees, as well as the Education Appropriations budget subcommittee. Janet Louise Jeanblanc Adams (born August 30, 1937) is an American politician. Early life Adams was born on August 30, 1937, in Webster County, Iowa. She is the eldest child of Wilbur and Verda Jeanblanc and has a younger brother and sister, Donald and Joyce.
