India Lee
India Lee is a British professional triathlon, triathlete competing at both short course (World Triathlon, International Triathlon Union, ITU) and long course (Ironman 70.3) distances. Career Short Course Triathlon Lee's highest placing in short course triathlon was in 2016 when she became the European Triathlon Union (ETU) European Champion, duplicating this success with team GB in the mixed relay. In the ITU Triathlon World Cup, she won the race at Cagliari in 2016. Long Course Triathlon In her debut at the 70.3 distance, Lee won the 2018 Weymouth, Dorset, Weymouth 70.3 Ironman, repeating the feat at the same race in 2019. A triathlon is an endurance multisport race consisting of Swimming (sport), swimming, Cycle sport, cycling, and running over various distances. Triathletes compete for fastest overall completion time, racing each segment sequentially with the time transitioning between the disciplines included. Katrina Matthews
Katrina Matthews (born 13 March 1991, née Rye) is an English professional triathlete who races in non-drafting, long-distance events. Her career includes a second place finish at the 2021 Ironman World Championship and second in the 2023 Ironman 70.3 World Championship. She was a member of the BMC Pro triathlon team 2020–2022 and is also a physiotherapist working for the British Army. Triathlon career In 2018, as an amateur, Matthews won Ironman 70.3 Calgary as well as the UK National Championships later on in the year. The next year, Matthews won Challenge Gran Canaria as an amateur securing her pro licence. She would then go on to podium at four middle distance events including winning the ETU European Championships. This was also the year of her first Ironman, IM Western Australia. Vicky Holland
Vicky Holland (born 12 January 1986) is a British triathlete who is part of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland Olympic team, a 2-time World Mixed Team Champion and the 2018 ITU WTS champion. She was born in Gloucester. She is the first female triathlete to win an Olympic medal for Great Britain, a bronze in 2016. In 2021, she competed in the women's event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Holland also competes in Super League Triathlon. Career , Holland is tall and weighs . ITU Triathlon World Cup
The World Triathlon Cup is an annual series of triathlon races staged around the world. The series is organised by the World Triathlon, the world governing body of the sport. Inaugurated in 1991, the World Cup began as an attempt to create a regular season under its management in tandem with the ITU Triathlon World Championship race. However, this meant that there was a World Cup champion as well as a world champion. Following the 2008 series the ITU reorganized its top level competitions and created the World Triathlon Series, a series of races that was to be the successor of the World Championship. Meanwhile, the World Cup was relegated to become a second tier series, as a result the number of races in the World Cup were reduced.
