Imari Samuels
Imari Narain Che Hines-Samuels (born 5 February 2003) is an English footballer who plays for the academy of Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion as a left-back. Club career Reading A youth product of Reading, he signed scholarship terms with the club as a sixteen-year-old in 2019. He began training with the first team for the first time in August 2020. This came after he signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with Reading in January 2020, keeping him with the club until the summer of 2022. Samuels picked up an injury that required surgery in 2021. Brighton In August 2022, Samuels turned down Reading's offer of a new contract in order to join the academy of Premier League team Brighton & Hove Albion on a two-year deal, with Reading receiving compensation from Brighton for his services. The 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup will be the 23rd edition of the FIFA U-20 World Cup, the biennial international men's youth football championship contested by the under-20 national teams of the member associations of FIFA, since its inception in 1977 as the FIFA World Youth Championship. It will be hosted by Indonesia, which will be the first FIFA tournament hosted by the country. It will also be only the second U-20 World Cup to be held in Southeast Asia, first since 1997, and the first FIFA tournament in the region since the 2012 FIFA Futsal World Cup.
