Igor Kravtšenko
Igor Kravtšenko (born 28 March 1973) is an Estonian politician, representing the Estonian Centre Party. Kravtšenko first rose to the Riigikogu to substitute MP Rein Ratas in December 2016. He went on to act as a substitute until 14 September 2018, when Ratas formally left his seat for Kravtšenko. In Riigikogu, Kravtšenko has served in the Environment Committee from December 2016 to November 2017 and in the Social Affairs Committee since November 2017. Kravtšenko took part in 2019 parliamentary election, but wasn't elected. Riigikogu
The Riigikogu (; from Estonian ''riigi-'', of the state, and ''kogu'', assembly) is the unicameral parliament of Estonia. Estonian Centre Party
The Estonian Centre Party ( et, Eesti Keskerakond, EK) is a populist political party in Estonia. It was founded in 1991 as a direct successor of the Popular Front of Estonia, and it is currently led by Jüri Ratas. The party was founded on 12 October 1991 from the basis of the Popular Front of Estonia after several parties split from it. At that time, the party was called the People's Centre Party (''Rahvakeskerakond'') in order to differentiate from the smaller centre-right Rural Centre Party (''Maa-Keskerakond''). Rein Ratas
Rein Ratas (9 May 1938 – 18 April 2022) was an Estonian politician, representing the Estonian Centre Party. Ratas served in the Riigikogu 2007–2011 and again 2015–2018. Due to a lengthy illness, Ratas was substituted by Igor Kravtšenko from December 2016 until September 2018, when Ratas formally left his seat for Kravtšenko. 2019 Estonian Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Estonia on 3 March 2019. The newly elected 101 members of the 14th Riigikogu assembled at Toompea Castle in Tallinn within ten days of the election. The Reform Party remained the largest party, gaining four seats for a total of 34 and the Conservative People's Party had the largest gain overall, increasing their seat count by 12 to a total of 19 seats. Electoral system The 101 members of the Riigikogu are elected by proportional representation in twelve multi-member constituencies. Seats are allocated using a modified D'Hondt method. Parties have to pass a nationwide threshold of 5% to win seats. Mustamäe ( Estonian for ''Black Hill'') is one of the 8 administrative districts ( et, linnaosa) of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
