Finnish ( endonym: or ) is a Uralic language of the Finnic branch, spoken by the majority of the population in Finland and by ethnic Finns outside of Finland. Finnish is one of the two official languages of Finland (the other being Swedish). The Green League (VIHR, fi, Vihreä liitto , sv, Gröna förbundet), shortened to the Greens ( fi, Vihreät, sv, De Gröna), is a green political party in Finland. The Left Alliance ( fi, Vasemmistoliitto , sv, Vänsterförbundet, vas.) is a left-wing political party in Finland. The Left Alliance was founded in 1990 as the chief successor of the left-wing Finnish People's Democratic League (SKDL). The Finns Party, formerly known as the True Finns ( fi, Perussuomalaiset, PS, sv, Sannfinländarna, Sannf.), is a right-wing populist political party in Finland. It was founded in 1995 following the dissolution of the Finnish Rural Party. The party achieved its electoral breakthrough in the 2011 Finnish parliamentary election, when it won 19.1% of votes, becoming the third largest party in the Finnish Parliament. In the 2015 election the party got 17.7% of the votes, making it the parliament's second-largest political party. The party was in opposition for the first 20 years of its existence. 2022 Finnish County Elections
The first county elections were held in Finland on 23 January 2022. Voters elected the council members of the 21 new Wellbeing services counties of Finland, wellbeing services counties. Residents of Helsinki were excluded from voting, as the city continues to be responsible for organizing health, social and rescue services in Helsinki. Åland was also excluded, as it is not affected by the health and social services reform. Sulattofestival is organized in Karkkila. It is organized by Karkkila's Music and Art association (Kamut ry). The festival was held for the first time in 2008. In the Summer the festival is four days long, but Sulattofestival also creates events throughout the year. Kamut ry was founded in 2007. The association organizes art and music events, takes a stand on different matters and discusses. The goal is to improve the cultural opportunities in Karkkila and the areas near. Hyvinkää
Hyvinkää (; sv, Hyvinge, ) is a city and municipality of Finland. It is located in the Uusimaa region, approximately north of the capital Helsinki. The city was chartered in 1960. The population of Hyvinkää is (). Its neighboring municipalities are Riihimäki and Hausjärvi in the north, Mäntsälä in the east, Tuusula and Nurmijärvi in the south, and Vihti and Loppi in the west. Borough
A borough is an administrative division in various English-speaking countries. In principle, the term ''borough'' designates a self-governing walled town, although in practice, official use of the term varies widely.
