Hu Yuting
Hu Yuting (; born July 1964) is a Chinese executive and politician, currently serving as the governor of Jilin province. He was the former party secretary of Dalian and deputy party secretary of Liaoning from 2021 to 2023. He was a representative of the 19th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. He is a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and a member of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He is a delegate to the 13th National People's Congress. Biography Hu was born in Wutai County, Shanxi, in July 1964. In 1982, he entered Beijing Iron & Steel Industry College (now University of Science and Technology Beijing), where he majored in ferrous metallurgy. The 19th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (commonly referred to as ''Shíjiǔ Dà''; ) was held at the Great Hall of the People, Beijing, between 18 and 24 October 2017. 2,280 delegates represented the party's estimated 89 million members. Zhang Jifu (; born September 1964) is a Chinese politician, and the Communist Party Secretary of Datong. He entered the workforce in September 1989, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in March 1985. Datong is a prefecture-level city in northern Shanxi Province in the People's Republic of China. It is located in the Datong Basin at an elevation of and borders Inner Mongolia to the north and west and Hebei to the east.
