Honored Artist Of The Azerbaijan SSR
Honored Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR (; ) was an honorary title awarded by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic (Azerbaijan SSR) and was one of the forms of recognition by the state and society of the merits of distinguished citizens. The awards were issued from January 13, 1929 to June 2, 1990; and there were more than 600 recipients. Osman Ismayil oglu Hajibeyov (February 18, 1924 – June 14, 1979) was a theatrical actor of Azerbaijan. He was awarded the title Honored Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR (1969), and was a winner of the Lenin Komsomol Prize (1967). Maria Titarenko
Maria Sergeevna Titarenko (27 March 1917 – 26 September 2002) was an Azerbaijani Soviet opera singer of Ukrainian origin. She was awarded the title Honored Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR (1961). She is best known for voicing Gulchohra in the film " Arshin Mal Alan" (1945). Life Maria Titarenko was born on 27 March 1917 in Sevastopol, Russian Empire. Sattar Bahlulzade
Sattar Bahlulzade ( az, Səttar Bəhlulzadə; 15 December 1909 – 14 October 1974) was an Azerbaijani painter, best known for his landscape paintings depicting the nature of Azerbaijan. He is considered to be the founder of Azerbaijani Impressionism. Among Bahlulzade's best-known works are ''Tears of Kapaz'' (1965), ''Bank of the Gudiyalchay'' (1953), ''Dream of the Land'' (1961), ''Evening Above the Caspian Sea'' (1959), and ''Goygol'' (1964). Nasiba Jahangir gizi Zeynalova ( az, Nəsibə Cahangir qızı Zeynalova; 20 April 1916 – 10 March 2004) was a Soviet and Azerbaijani actress. People's Artist of Azerbaijan SSR (1967). Khumar Rza gizi Zulfugarova ( az, Xumar Rza qızı Zülfüqarova;15 November 1927, Baku – 2 July 2017, Baku) was an Azerbaijani dancer, choreographer, founder of the Azerbaijan State Dance Ensemble. Yaver Kelenterli (; ) (1902–1979), née Yaver Ali gizi Zamanova, also spelled as Yavar Kalantarli, was an Azerbaijani Soviet khananda singer of mugham, an Azeri music genre. In 1939, she was celebrated with the title Honored Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR. Biography Yaver Ali gizi Zamanova was born on March 26, 1902, in Shamakhi, Baku Province, Russian Empire (present day Azerbaijan). She was married to Khodawerdi Kelenterli.
