Holland's Next Top Model, Cycle 4
The fourth cycle of ''Holland's Next Top Model'' premiered on 31 March 2008 on RTL5. This was the second cycle of the series to be hosted by Dutch model Daphne Deckers. All of the previous season's judges returned for the new cycle, with the exception of ''Glamour (magazine), Glamour'' magazine editor Karin Swerink, who was replaced by ''Grazia'' magazine editor Hilmar Mulder. The prizes for this cycle included a modelling contract with Modelmasters The Agency valued at Euro, €75,000, a cover feature for ''Grazia'' magazine, replacing the sponsorship of the show's previous magazine, ''Glamour'', a four-month contract to be the new face of the ICI Paris XL beauty channel, and a brand new Citroën sponsored by ICI Paris XL. The winner of the competition was 19-year-old Ananda Lândertine from Wormer, North Holland. Leiden
Leiden (; in English and archaic Dutch also Leyden) is a city and municipality in the province of South Holland, Netherlands. The municipality of Leiden has a population of 119,713, but the city forms one densely connected agglomeration with its suburbs Oegstgeest, Leiderdorp, Voorschoten and Zoeterwoude with 206,647 inhabitants. Vanessa Hessler (born January 21, 1988) is an Italian-American model and actress. A model since she was 15, Hessler has appeared in many publications throughout Italy, Germany and France. Ananda Marchildon (also known as Ananda Lândertine; born November 26, 1986) is a Canadian-Dutch fashion model most notable as the winner of the Holland's Next Top Model, Cycle 4, fourth cycle of ''Holland's Next Top Model''. Prior to HNTM Marchildon was born and raised in Canada and moved to the Netherlands when she was 10 years old. When she was in her early twenties she started to squatting, occupy abandoned buildings, due to resistance to her parents. On a TV show and in certain news papers Marchildon was described as a former drug addict. This statement was not true, however, she did use soft drugs in her squatter period, which is legal in the Netherlands. Another untrue media hype is that she got professional help at a rehab center to get off the drugs. Marchildon never did go to a rehab because she decided to stop smoking pot herself. Monster, South Holland
Monster is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Westland, and lies about south-west of The Hague. Yvette Broch (born 23 December 1990) is a Dutch professional handball player, who plays for Győri ETO KC and the Dutch national team. She is also known for being a runner up on the fourth season of ''Holland's Next Top Model''. She completed in the 2011 World Women's Handball Championship in Brazil. She competed on the Dutch team at the 2014 European Women's Handball Championship in Hungary and Croatia, and won a silver team medal at the 2015 World Championship finals. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the women's handball tournament. In August 2018 she decided to suspend her professional handball career, due to exhaustion. Alkmaar
Alkmaar () is a city and municipality in the Netherlands, located in the province of North Holland, about 30 km north of Amsterdam. Alkmaar is well known for its traditional cheese market. Blaricum () is a municipality and village in the province of North Holland, the Netherlands. Amstelveen
Amstelveen () is a municipality in the province of North Holland, Netherlands with a population of 92.353 as of 2022. It is a suburban part of the Amsterdam metropolitan area.
