Helmut Fischer
Helmut Fischer (15 November 1926 – 14 June 1997) was a popular, award-winning German actor. Life Helmut Fischer was the son of a businessman and a tailor who grew up in the Munich district of ''Neuhausen'' at '' Donnersbergerstraße 50a'', where he also went to school. When the secondary school rejected him, he joined Otto Falckenberg's drama school, which he quit after a short time. Subsequently, Fischer worked as a stage actor. In 1952, he debuted at Würzburg city theatre in the role of Albrecht III in Friedrich Hebbel's ''Agnes Bernauer''. The reviews were devastating. For almost 20 years, Fischer remained largely unknown and was only cast in minor supporting roles. Among other things, he worked at the ''Zuban'' show at Munich's Oktoberfest, playing the part of a zebra's behind. Christine Maria Kaufmann (; 11 January 1945 – 28 March 2017) was a German-Austrian actress, author, and businesswoman. The daughter of a German father and a French mother, she won the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actress for ''Town Without Pity'' in 1961, the first German to be so honoured. Wolf Albach-Retty (born Wolfgang Helmuth Albert Albach; 28 May 1906 – 21 February 1967) was an Austrian actor. He was the father of Romy Schneider with the German actress Magda Schneider. Career Born as Wolfgang Helmuth Albert Albach in Vienna to actress Rosa Albach-Retty and K. u. K. officer Karl Albach, Albach-Retty trained at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna, and at the age of twenty played his first role at the Vienna Burgtheater. Christian Ude (born 26 October 1947) is a German politician who served as mayor of Munich from 1993 to 2014. He is a member of the German Social Democratic Party. Career Ude was born in Munich. From 1967 to 1969 he worked for the daily newspaper ''Süddeutsche Zeitung''. He studied legal science in Munich 1969-1977. From 1979 to 1990 he worked as a lawyer. He was elected as deputy mayor of Munich on 2 May 1990, two months after he was elected into the city council of Munich. On 12 September 1993, Ude was elected as lord mayor and successor of Georg Kronawitter. He was re-elected three times, on 13 June 1999 with 61.2 per cent of all votes, on 3 March 2002 with 64.5 per cent and on 2 March 2008 with 66.8 per cent.
