Hans Daae
Hans Daae (15 October 1865 – 10 December 1926) was a Norwegian physician, military officer and sports official. Personal life Daae was born in Kragerø to prison director Anders Daae and Anna Honoria Hansen. He married Anna Helen Alm in 1894. Career He graduated as cand.med. in 1890, and was also a military officer. He headed the Norwegian Army's medical service from 1909, and was promoted major general in 1917. He initiated and edited the magazine ''Norsk Tidsskrift for Militærmedicin''. From 1916 to 1920 he chaired the sports association Centralforeningen for utbredelse af idræt. He was decorated Knight, First Class of the Order of St. Olav in 1911, and was a Commander of the Order of the Dannebrog. Kragerø
Kragerø () is a List of cities in Norway, town and Municipalities of Norway, municipality in Vestfold og Telemark Counties of Norway, county, Norway. It is part of the Districts of Norway, traditional regions of Grenland and the smaller Vestmar. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Kragerø. The city of Kragerø lies furthest south in the county of Telemark. Hjalmar Krag
Hjalmar Krag (2 July 1867 – 25 April 1954) was a Norwegian military officer, businessman and sports official. Krag was born in Vestre Aker to director of the Norwegian Directorate of Public Roads, Hans Hagerup Krag, and Anna Marie Pedersen. He married Claudine Emilie Heiberg in 1896. He graduated as military officer in 1889, and from the Norwegian Military College in 1893. He served as adjutant to Haakon VII of Norway from 1905 to 1908. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. The municipality of Oslo had a population of in 2022, while the city's greater urban area had a population of in 2019, and the metropolitan area had an estimated population of in 2021. During the Viking Age the area was part of Viken.
