Hamed Karamoko Dramé (born 13 June 2001) is a French professional footballer who plays as a defender for Italian Serie D club Angri on loan from Giugliano. Born in France, Dramé is of Malian descent. Career After playing in his native France, Portugal, Ukraine and Cyprus, Dramé signed with a newly promoted Belgian Challenger Pro League club Francs Borains in August 2023, but his contract was terminated three days later by mutual agreement. Shortly after his visit to Belgium, Dramé moved to Finland and signed with Veikkausliiga side AC Oulu in August 2023, on a deal for the rest of the season. His contract with Oulu was extended for the 2024 season in November 2023. Vitry-sur-Seine () is a commune in the southeastern suburbs of Paris, France, from the centre of Paris. Name Vitry-sur-Seine was originally called simply Vitry. The name Vitry comes from Medieval Latin ''Vitriacum'', and before that ''Victoriacum'', meaning "estate of Victorius", a Gallo-Roman landowner. In 1897 the name of the commune officially became Vitry-sur-Seine (meaning "Vitry upon Seine"), in order to distinguish it from other communes of France also called Vitry. The Cypriot Second Division () is the second highest association football, football division of the Cypriot football league system. Administered by the Cyprus Football Association, it is contested by 16 teams, with the top three teams being Promotion and relegation, promoted to the Cypriot First Division and the last three teams being Promotion and relegation, relegated to the Cypriot Third Division. The Ukrainian Second League (, ''Druha Liha'') is a professional football league in Ukraine which is part of the Professional Football League of Ukraine, a collective member of the Ukrainian Association of Football. As the third tier it was established in 1992 as the Transitional League and changed its name the next season. The league is lower than the Ukrainian First League (''Persha Liha'') and the lowest level of professional football competitions in the country. The football competitions in the Second League kicked off on 6 September 2020, about half a month after promotion/relegation playoffs. The Championnat National 3, commonly referred to as simply National 3 and formerly known as Championnat de France Amateur 2, is a football league competition. The league serves as the fifth division of the French football league system behind Ligue 1, Ligue 2, Championnat National, and the Championnat National 2. The 2019–20 Championnat National 3 was the third season of the fifth tier in the French football league system in its current format. The competition was contested by 168 clubs split geographically across 12 groups of 14 teams. The teams included amateur clubs (although a few are semi-professional) and the reserve teams of professional clubs. The season was suspended indefinitely on 12 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Cypriot Cup, formally known as the Cypriot Coca-Cola Cup of First and Second Division () for sponsorship purposes, is a Cypriot knockout football club competition, hosted annually by the Cyprus Football Association. First held in 1934, it is the second most important competition in Cypriot football, after the Cypriot First Division. Issiar Dramé (born 16 February 1999) is a French professional association football, footballer who plays as a centre-back for Primeira Liga club C.F. Estrela da Amadora, Estrela Amadora.
