Anthony Aouni Tamer (born October 12, 1957) is an American billionaire businessman, and the founder and Co-CEO of H.I.G. Capital, a global private equity and alternative assets investment firm with $48 billion of equity capital under management. He previously held positions at Bain & Company, Hewlett-Packard, and Sprint Corporation. The ''Forbes'' magazine lists him as the No. 638 richest person in the world, with a net worth of $4.5 billion as of May 2021. 1450 Brickell, is an all-office skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is 540 feet (165 m) tall with 35 floors. It is adjacent to One Broadway (Miami), One Broadway in Downtown Miami's southern Miami Financial District, Brickell Financial District. The building is located on the corner of Brickell Avenue and Broadway. Designed by Nichols Architects, and developed by The Rilea Group, the building contains more than of office space and 10,000 square feet of ground level retail. The project was one of several new office buildings to open in Downtown Miami in 2010.
