Gloria Campaner (born 5 April 1986) is an Italian pianist. She was born in Jesolo (Venice), Italy in 1986. Education Born in the Venetian inlands, she started playing the piano at the age of 4 under the guidance of Daniela Vidali, she performed her first public recital at 5 and made her debut with the Venice Symphony Orchestra at the age of 12 with Margola piano concerto. Ms. Campaner earned her master's degree with Bruno Mezzena at the Music Academy in Pescara and has performed in masterclasses with such distinguished musicians as Jerome Rose, Sergio Perticaroli, Pavel Gililov, Lilya Zilberstein, Dmitri Bashkirov, and Boris Petrushansky following courses at prestigious institutions such as Oxford Hertford College, Accademia Incontri col Maestro di Imola, Salzburg Mozarteum, Ticino Musica, Mannes School of Music – New York. The English Chamber Orchestra (ECO) is a British chamber orchestra based in London. The full orchestra regularly plays concerts at Cadogan Hall, and their ensemble performs at Wigmore Hall. The orchestra regularly tours in the UK and internationally, and holds the distinction of not only having the most extensive discography of any chamber orchestra, but also of being the most well-traveled orchestra in the world; no other orchestra has played concerts (as of 2013, according to its own publicity) in as many countries as the English Chamber Orchestra. Juraj Valčuha
Juraj Valčuha (born 1976, Bratislava) is a Slovak conductor who has worked mainly in Italy and France. He is the designated conductor of the Houston Symphony Orchestra from the 2022/23 season. Life Born in Bratislava, Valčuha studied composition, conducting and cimbalom at the ''Konzervatórium v Bratislave''. He later studied conducting with Ilya Musin in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and with Janos Fürst at the Conservatoire de Paris. The piano is a stringed keyboard instrument in which the strings are struck by wooden hammers that are coated with a softer material (modern hammers are covered with dense wool felt; some early pianos used leather). Sergei Vasilyevich Rachmaninoff; in Russian pre-revolutionary script. (28 March 1943) was a Russian composer, virtuoso pianist, and conductor. Rachmaninoff is widely considered one of the finest pianists of his day and, as a composer, one of the last great representatives of Romanticism in Russian classical music. Life and career Możdżer was born on 23 March 1971 in Gdańsk. He began to play the piano at his parents' suggestion when he was five. Cadogan Hall is a 950-seat capacity concert hall in Sloane Terrace in Chelsea in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London, England. The resident music ensemble at Cadogan Hall is the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO), the first London orchestra to have a permanent home.
