Grand Theater station (), formerly Dajuyuan is a station on Line 1 and Line 2 of the Shenzhen Metro. The Line 1 platforms opened on 28 December 2004 and the Line 2 platforms opened on 28 June 2011. It is located underneath the junction of Shennan Donglu () and Jiefang Road () in the Luohu District of Shenzhen, China. The station takes its name from the Shenzhen Grand Theater (). It is the closest station to The MixC (a major luxury shopping mall) and the Shenzhen Book City (). Luohu District is a district of Shenzhen, China, located north of the New Territories of Hong Kong, east of Futian District, southeast of Longgang District, Shenzhen, Longgang District, southwest of Pingshan District, Shenzhen, Pingshan District, and west of Yantian District. An island platform (also center platform, centre platform) is a station layout arrangement where a single platform is positioned between two tracks within a railway station, tram stop or transitway interchange. Island platforms are popular on twin-track routes due to pragmatic and cost reasons. Shenzhen Metro Line 9 opened on 28 October 2016. The line runs East–West from Qianwan to Wenjin.
