The Government of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is the governmental structure of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as established by the Pennsylvania Constitution. The Great Seal of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is the state seal for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
