Glenridding Ravine is located within the Windermere area and, along with Glenridding Heights, comprised the original Neighbourhood 4 within Windermere Area Structure Plan (ASP). It is bounded by the future Windermere Neighbourhood 5 to the west, Glenridding Heights neighbourhood to the northwest, the Hays Ridge (Heritage Valley Neighbourhood 11) and Chappelle neighbourhoods to the east and southeast across Whitemud Creek, and Leduc County to the south. Ambleside is a neighbourhood in southwest Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is bounded on the north by Anthony Henday Drive, on the south by Ellerslie Road, on the west by 170 Street SW/Terwillegar Drive, and on the east by 141 Street. Whitemud Creek
Whitemud Creek is a tributary of the North Saskatchewan River in central Alberta, Canada. For part of its length, the creek flows through the City of Edmonton, separating neighbourhoods in the Riverbend and Terwillegar Heights areas from other neighbourhoods on the south side of the North Saskatchewan River. Blackmud Creek flows into Whitemud Creek near the northwest corner of the neighborhood of Twin Brooks. For the majority of the creek's area in the city is considered to be a protected area.
