Giorgi Mamardashvili
Giorgi Mamardashvili () ( ka, გიორგი მამარდაშვილი, tr; born 29 September 2000) is a Georgian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for La Liga club Valencia and the Georgia national team. Mamardashvili spent much of his youth years at Dinamo Tbilisi. After signing a professional contract with this club, he was loaned to other Erovnuli Liga teams for three seasons before his transfer to Valencia. He has quickly established himself as a first-choice shot-stopper, becoming the first ever Georgian goalkeeper in the Spanish top tier. FC Gagra ( ka, გაგრა) is a Georgia (country), Georgian association football, football club, which competes in Erovnuli Liga, the first tier of Football in Georgia (country), Georgian league system. The club has its origins in Gagra, Abkhazia. José "Pepe" Bordalás Jiménez (born 5 March 1964) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a striker, currently a manager. His playing career ended due to injury without a first-team appearance for Hércules, and he made his professional managerial debut for the same team in Segunda División in 2006. He won promotion from that division with Alavés and Getafe in successive seasons, also leading the latter to a best-ever La Liga finish of fifth in 2019. Тhe Erovnuli Liga awards is an annual awards ceremony commemorating association football players, managers and referees involved in the top Georgian football league. Established after the introduction of Erovnuli Liga in 2017, the event is usually held at the end of each season by Georgian Football Federation in Tbilisi, Georgia. Based on surveys among the national team members, football managers, team captains, sport experts and retired players, most outstanding individuals are selected in certain nominations.
