Geri-Lynn Ramsay
Geri-Lynn Ramsay (born October 26, 1988 in Summerside, Prince Edward Island) is a Canadian curler from Calgary, Alberta. A native of the town of Summerside, Ramsay entered the national scene in 2010 after forming a rink with longtime junior teammate Erin Carmody and veteran curlers Kathy O'Rourke and Tricia Affleck that captured the 2010 provincial championships at the senior level. At the 2010 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the squad made it all the way to the final, but lost in the last match to three-time tournament champion Jennifer Jones. Career 2007–2009 In 2007 when her rink, consisting of Erin Carmody as skip, herself as third, Lisa Moerike as second and Jessica van Ouwerkerk as lead stone, captured the 2007 provincial junior curling championships with a perfect 7–0 record. Summerside, Prince Edward Island
Summerside is a Canadian city in Prince County, Prince Edward Island. It is the second largest city in the province and the primary service centre for the western part of the island. Shannon Kleibrink
Shannon Kleibrink (born October 7, 1968 in Norquay, Saskatchewan) is a retired Canadian curler from Okotoks, Alberta. She and her team of third Amy Nixon, second Glenys Bakker, lead Christine Keshen and alternate Sandra Jenkins represented Canada at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy. They won a bronze medal. Career As a junior curler, Kleibrink lost in the final of the 1987 junior provincial championships, and in the Alberta final to qualify for the Canada Winter Games, both to LaDawn Funk. After losing in the final of the 1991 Alberta Scott Tournament of Hearts, Kleibrink won the 1993 provincial title, defeating Funk in the final. This qualified her to represent Alberta at the 1993 Scott Tournament of Hearts, Canada's national curling championship. There, her team of Sandra Jenkins, Sally Shigehiro and Joanne Wright finished 6-5. 2011 Scotties Tournament Of Hearts
The 2011 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the Canadian women's national curling championship, was held from February 19 to February 27 at the Charlottetown Civic Centre in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. It was the 30th anniversary of Kruger Products sponsoring the tournament and the first time a Bronze Medal Game was added to the playoffs. Cheryl Bernard
Cheryl Bernard (born June 30, 1966) is a Canadian curler from Calgary, Alberta. She represented Team Canada at the 2010 Winter Olympics as the team's skip, winning the silver medal in women's curling after falling to Sweden in the final. Her first major tournament win came at the 2009 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials in Edmonton, Alberta. Career Early career Bernard was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta. She began curling at the age of eight. In 1988, she lost in the Alberta provincial finals; however, four years later she would win the provincial title, earning a berth at the 1992 Scott Tournament of Hearts, Canada's national curling championship with her team of Allison Earl, Barb Davies and Bev Kellerman. Lori Olson-Johns
Lori Olson-Johns (born Lori Olson on November 24, 1976) is a Canadian curler from Edmonton, Alberta. From 2014–2018, she played third for Val Sweeting and with Sweeting, finished runner-up at the 2015 Scotties Tournament of Hearts and won two grand slam events (the 2016 and 2017 Tour Challenge). Curling career 1992–2000 Olson-Johns is a three-time Alberta junior champion. Her first national experience was playing second stones for Rhonda Sinclair at the 1992 Canadian Junior Curling Championships. The team would finish round robin with a 7–4 record, finding themselves in a tiebreaker. They would end up losing the tiebreaker to Quebec's Janique Berthelot. Crystal Webster (born as Crystal Rumberg on February 26, 1975, in Medicine Hat, Alberta) is a Canadian curler from Calgary, Alberta. Career Juniors Webster made her national curling debut at the 1994 Canadian Junior Curling Championships. This would be her first and only appearance at the junior championships. She was skipping her own team, representing Alberta at the championship. They would miss the playoffs, finishing round robin with a 6–5 record. 1998–2001 In 1998 Webster joined up with and played lead for Calgary skip Cheryl Bernard. The team would have a successful year, finishing third in the Husky Autumn Gold Classic, second in the Saskatoon Classic, winning the Skyreach Curling Classic and finished second place on the curling tour money list. Charlottetown
Charlottetown is the capital and largest city of the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island, and the county seat of Queens County.
