Georgie Parker
Georgina Parker (born 16 December 1964) is an Australian television soap actress and has also appeared in film and theatre. She is a double Gold Logie winner, best known for her acting roles in Australian soap operas; as Lucy Gardiner (later Tyler) in ''A Country Practice''; as Theresa "Terri" Sullivan in '' All Saints''; and as Roo Stewart in ''Home and Away''. Parker is the second actress to play Roo Stewart. Personal life Parker was born in 1964. She grew up in the Sydney North Shore suburb of St Ives and attended St Ives North Public School in primary and attended Abbotsleigh School for Girls, in Sydney. Parker is the daughter of iconic Australian furniture designer Tony Parker of Parker Furniture. She has been married since December 1999 to Steve Worland, the screenwriter of the Fox Searchlight feature film ''Bootmen'' (2000). The Wiggles
The Wiggles are an Australian children's music group formed in Sydney in 1991. The group are currently composed of Anthony Field, Lachlan Gillespie, Simon Pryce and Tsehay Hawkins, as well as supporting members Evie Ferris, John Pearce, Caterina Mete and Lucia Field. The Wiggles were founded in 1991 by Field, Murray Cook, Jeff Fatt, Greg Page and Phillip Wilcher. Wilcher left the group after their first album. Page retired in 2006 due to ill health and was replaced by understudy Sam Moran, but returned in 2012, replacing Moran. At the end of 2012, Cook, Fatt and Page retired and were replaced by Gillespie, Pryce and Emma Watkins. ''The Glass House'' was a half-hour Australian comedy talk show which screened on the ABC from 2001 to 2006. It was hosted by stand-up comedian Wil Anderson, and co-hosted by fellow television and radio comedians Corinne Grant and Dave Hughes. Two additional guests joined the regular cast each week, including musicians, politicians, actors, radio personalities and other celebrities of varying calibre, such as Young Australian of the Year winners and Olympic athletes. Sydney Theatre Company (STC) is an Australian theatre company based in Sydney, New South Wales. The company performs in The Wharf Theatre at Dawes Point in The Rocks area of Sydney, as well as the Roslyn Packer Theatre (formerly Sydney Theatre) and the Sydney Opera House Drama Theatre.
