Franziska Schreiber
Franziska Schreiber (born 1990 in Dresden) is a former German politician and media-personality. She is a former member of the Junge Alternative (Young Alternative), the "Youth Organization" of the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD). Schreiber authored a critical semiautobiography about her involvement in the AfD. Life Franziska graduated from high school in 2008. She studied law for some time after which she studied politics at an open university. She joined the AfD in 2013 and just a year later was made chairman of JA in Saxony and deputy spokesperson. Later in 2017 she became a member of the Federal Board. Shortly before the elections in 2017, she resigned from the AfD in support of the Freie Demokratische Partei (FDP). The Frankfurt Book Fair (German: Frankfurter Buchmesse, FBM) is the world's largest trade fair for books, based on the number of publishing companies represented. It is considered to be the most important book fair in the world for international deals and trading. The five-day annual event in mid-October is held at the Frankfurt Trade Fair grounds in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The first three days are restricted exclusively to professional visitors; the general public attend the fair on the weekend. Hans-Georg Maaßen (born 24 November 1962) is a German civil servant and lawyer. From 1 August 2012 to 8 November 2018, he served as the President of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Germany's domestic security agency and one of three agencies in the German Intelligence Community. Life and career Maaßen was born on 24 November 1962 in Mönchengladbach. In 1991 he began working at Germany's Interior Ministry. On 18 July 2012, Maaßen was appointed by the Cabinet of Germany to take over from Heinz Fromm as President of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution. Frauke Petry (; ; born 1 June 1975) is a German politician who chaired the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party from July 2015 to September 2017. A chemist by training and with a professional background as a businesswoman, some political scientists described Petry as a representative of the national conservative wing of that party. Petry had formerly served as one of three party spokespersons from 2013 to 2015, and became leader in 2015, displacing the party's founder Bernd Lucke after an internal power struggle; Lucke subsequently left the party and said it has "fallen irretrievably into the wrong hands" after Petry's election. Funk is a German video-on-demand service, operated by the public broadcasters ARD and ZDF. SWR, a regional ARD member, is responsible for the service. Funk describes itself as a "content network".
