Francesc Badia Batalla (10 January 1923 – 14 August 2020) was an Andorran public servant and historian. He served as the Episcopal Veguer of Andorra from 1972 until 1993. He also served as a judge of the Tribunal of the Courts of Andorra over the same time frame. Nemesi Marquès Oste (born 17 May 1935) was the personal representative to Andorra of the Bishop of Urgell, who is one of the co-princes of Andorra. He is a Roman Catholic priest, and has been rector of Bellestar, a village of 55 inhabitants. He was succeeded as representative of the episcopal co-prince by Josep Maria Mauri on 20 July 2012. Montblanc, Tarragona
Montblanc () is the capital of the Catalonia, Catalan comarca Conca de Barberà, in the Spain, Spanish Tarragona (province), province of Tarragona. The Prades Mountains are located in the vicinity of this town. The municipality comprises the settlements of Montblanc (2013 population 7,027), La Guàrdia dels Prats (200), Lilla (88), Prenafeta (61), Rojals (26), and El Pinetell (7). Antoni Martí
Antoni Martí Petit (; born 30 July 1963) is an Andorran architect and politician who served as the prime minister of Andorra from May 2011 to 16 May 2019, when he was elected on the ticket of the Democrats for Andorra. He was re-elected in the 2015 parliamentary election. Early life and education Martí was born in Escaldes-Engordany and studied at the École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Toulouse (Toulouse National School of Architecture), part of the Université fédérale de Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées. He is an architect by profession. Jaume Bartumeu Cassany, Order of Prince Henry, GCIH (; born 10 November 1954) is an Andorran lawyer and politician, who served as the prime minister of Andorra from 2009 to 2011. He was a founding member of the Social Democratic Party (Andorra), Social Democratic Party (PS) in June 2000, in which he held the position of first secretary between 2000 and 2004.
