Felix Richard Seppälä (11 August 1895 – 18 October 1972) was a Finnish schoolteacher and politician, born in Pornainen. He was a member of the Parliament of Finland from 1945 until 1958, representing the National Coalition Party. Finland ( fi, Suomi ; sv, Finland ), officially the Republic of Finland (; ), is a Nordic country in Northern Europe. Pornainen (; sv, Borgnäs) is a small municipality of Finland. It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the Uusimaa region. The neighboring municipalities are Askola in the east, Mäntsälä in the north, Porvoo in the southeast and Sipoo in the southwest. It is located east of the town of Järvenpää.
