Farsi1 (Persian language, Persian: فارسی ۱) was the first international free-to-air Persian language general entertainment channel based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Farsi1 was owned by 21st Century Fox and was operated by Broadcast Middle East, a Moby Group, MOBY Group company.''Source needed'' The channel was managed by Sina Valiollah, who used to be a host and producer years back in Iran. From 8 June 2013, Farsi1 was renewed with new (mostly American) shows (like Modern Family & White Collar) subtitled in Farsi and from September 2014, Farsi1 was also airing Turkish TV series, like Adini Feriha Koydum, Seyit & Sura and Valley of the Wolves Dubbed in Farsi. In April 2014, the network announced that they would only be available through Yahsat and would be leaving Hotbird, which led to many angry fans outside of Iran. Zemzemeh ( fa, زمزمه) is a Persian TV channel, operated by Broadcast Middle East in Dubai, which is a joint venture between MOBY Group and 21st Century Fox. Following the success of its sister channel FARSI1, Zemzemeh brings international comedies, dramas and romance to the screens of 100 million Persian speakers in the Middle East, Western Asia and Europe. ''Karagül'' (English title: ''Black Rose'') is a Turkish romantic drama series that broadcast on Fox Turkey between March 29, 2013 and June 10, 2016. Plot Ebru and Murat have three children. One day the wife, Ebru, receives the news that her husband has disappeared by falling into a river in Halfeti, his hometown. From that moment, her life changes radically. She finds out that her husband has lost all family assets and mortgaged his assets. Ebru moves to Halfeti to find her husband's body. Show TV is a nationwide television channel in Turkey owned by Albayrak Holding since 2018, acquired from Sadık Albayrak which in turn seized from Ciner Media Group after Turgay Ciner was forced to sell due to tax debts. Medcezir
''Medcezir'' (''Tide'') is a Turkish teen drama series written by Ece Yörenç and Melek Gençoğlu. It is an adaptation of the American TV series ''The O.C.'', created by Josh Schwartz. The story revolves around Yaman Koper, a boy with a poor background and disturbed family life portrayed by Çağatay Ulusoy, and a rich girl named Mira Beylice, portrayed by Serenay Sarıkaya. ''Medcezir'' first premiered on 13 September 2013 on Star TV. Due to its high ratings, the series was renewed for a second season which premiered on 12 September 2014. Director Ali Bilgin stated that the series would be renewed for a third season. However, as the second season did not receive as high ratings as its preceding season, scenarist Ece Yörenç confirmed that the series would end with two seasons.
